All ecig devices come with a 90 day warranty against manufactures defect, if you believe your item is defective you will need to send back to us at your expense, item needs to be original packaging as serial numbers are required for us to process a claim against manufacture warranty claim on the item. Vapelink will not be deciding if item is defective, once we pass on information to manufacture they will decide if the issue is covered under their warranty, if item is found to be faulty they have the option to fix, replace or refund item which we will pass on to you. If item is not covered under their warranty guidelines we could not do anything else on our end.
